You’d like to spend your holiday on the farm but not if it means sacrificing wellness? No problem with our small but exquisite sauna! Round off the end of a beautiful winter day on the ski slopes of the Seiser Alm/Alpe di Siusi or the Grödnertal/Val Gardena in our Finnish sauna on the farm itself. The sauna is also available to you in summer as well though, when it offers you a welcome alternative, especially on rainy days.

What does our small wellness area on the farm have to offer?

Ideally, you’ll build up a sweat in our Finnish sauna for 15 minutes, two or three times, and then recuperate in the adjoining quiet room. To freshen up and get your circulation going, a multi-sensory shower and hot bathtub are available. They’ll make your heart beat faster!

We’ve set up a barefoot course for you in the nearby woodland playground. Here, you can feel nature through the soles of your feet. Large, flatly ground stones, spruce cones, small pebbles and unadulterated bark mulch gently massage your soles. Even Pastor Kneipp was aware of the effect of gentle stimulation on the sensitive zones of our feet.

We’ve come up with something special for you on our farm in Kastelruth/Castelrotto. And that’s a wood-burning hot bathtub as in days of old. The latter is located on a small outdoor plateau and offers a wonderful view of the valley and the majestic Schlernmassiv/Sciliar Massif, the landmark of South Tyrol. Together, you can enjoy the tranquillity while pleasantly conversing with each other in a bath with soothing water temperatures.
The hot bathtub accommodates 4-6 persons.

You may think our small wellness area on the farm is wonderful, but still prefer more diversity. If that’s the case, we have numerous tips for you. The Mardolomit in St. Ulrich, the Aquarena in Brixen/Bressanone or the thermal bath in Meran/Merano have larger wellness areas and can be reached by car in 20 to 60 minutes. If you’d like a wellness treatment, we’d be happy to organise it for you in one of the nearby hotels at the foot of the Seiser Alm/Alpe di Siusi.
