Holiday apartment prices

• The price is per holiday apartment and day for 2 persons for a minimum stay of 4 days
• We charge EUR 15.00/day for each additional person
• We levy a surcharge of EUR 30.00/day for a stay of less than 4 days
• Children under 3 years old reside free of charge
• As an option, you can also reserve the breakfast for EUR 12.00/person
• The local tax is 1.55 € per person per day (except for children under the age of 14).

Deposit

We welcome written reservations via e-mail.
The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 100€/150 € per week has been paid.

Arrival

Please let us know your arrival time.

Departure

We ask you to leave the apartment or the room clean on the day of departure until 9:30 am.

Cancellation

According to art. 1382 of the Civil Code
If anything unexpected happens, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance. Cancellations are always unpleasant – for you and for us. It’s a pity when our holiday apartments remain empty, even though others would have loved to come.

• According to art. 1382 of the Civil Code, you may cancel your reservation not later than 60 days prior to arrival without any cancellation fee.
• In case of a cancellation in the period between the 60^th day before the arrival date and the arrival date, please understand that we need to charge the following cancellation fees:
  – For cancellations until max. 28 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed total price;
  – For cancellations after 28 days before arrival: 80% of the agreed total price.

In case of failure to make use of the booked apartment for the agreed period without a cancellation, you are required to pay 80% of the agreed total price. In case of early departure or late arrival you will pay the price for the used days and 80% of the agreed price for the remaining but unused services.
